Google Released Android 2.2 Codename: Froyo

After almost 2 years since first launch of the first Android-powered phone, Google now released an update to Android OS: Android 2.2 or also known as Froyo. The adoption of the OS in the phone market is amazingly going fast. Refering to Google report, every day there are more than 100,000 applications sold in the market. And there are now more than 180,000 active Android developers who have contributed more than 50,000 apps now available in Android Market.
